Note:

Apart from permanent arbitrators of the Arbitration Court of the Czech Republic , the Arbitration Court of the Czech Republic cooperates with the lawyers and economists or as applicable the experts from other fields from the whole Europe and also from the area of the Anglo-American and Islamic law (including experts in the sharia and fikh law).

The Arbitration Court of the Czech Republic is further prepared to set up an arbitration board of ad-hoc arbitrators not registered so far in the list of arbitrators of the Arbitration Court of the Czech Republic, based on a request of a party to the dispute, which appoints the arbitrators to their posts from the list of ad-hoc arbitrators presented for this purpose by the Chairman of the Arbitration Court of the Czech Republic or as applicable, which elects the arbitrator, who is not registered in the list of arbitrators of the Arbitration Court of the Czech Republic, however, expresses a will to conduct the arbitration procedure before the patronage of the Arbitration Court of the Czech Republic.
