„The Arbitration Court of the Czech Republic continues with its activities in the good traditions of the European arbitration as well as general jurisdiction and in accordance with the Constitution of the Czech Republic in the pursuit of untouchable values of the human dignity and freedom. The Arbitration Court of the Czech Republic is a free and democratic arbitration institution based on respect towards human as well as civil rights, on principles of civic society and a legally consistent state. The Arbitration Court of the Czech Republic is a part of the cultures of the European and world arbitration institutions existing for the purpose of development of the judicial system, following all well-established principles of the Roman-law tradition and utilizing all knowledge of the law-scientific license. The Arbitration Court of the Czech Republic is an impartial and independent society of equal members and does not develop any political activities“.
