ARBITRATION COURT OF CZECH REPUBLIC
attached to the Institute of Law and Jurisprudence of the Czech Republic
The Arbitration Court was founded in 2004 and was operating to the Institute of Law and Jurisprudence of the Czech Republic (ILAJ).
In the course of the lasting existence of the Arbitration Court more than 100 disputes, in decisive part from the sphere of national trade, were decided by the arbitrators. In the last two month, stage by stage, a growing advantage of arbitration proceedings is being taken in domestic disputes as well.
The arbitration proceedings before the Arbitration Court of Czech Republic are usually conducted in accordance with its Rules („Jednací řád“) published in the websides www.rozhodcisoud.net and in the future will published in the official Trade Gazette („Obchodní věstník“) too, unless the parties to the dispute have agreed otherwise.
The Rules as well as other informative materials are at disposal of disputing parties and other persons being interested in, at the seat of the Court or the regional court branches, free of charge, today in Czech, and surely in near future also in English, German, French and Russian.
The Arbitration Court attached to the Institute of Law and Jurisprudence of the Czech Republic (ILAJ) is the only permanent arbitration court with the general sphere of activity pertinent for the determination of property disputes in conformity with the Act No. 216 of 1994, Coll. of Laws. Its award are final enforceable in inland as well as abroad.
